Physical Capacities

From the many physical capacities that we have as human beings, we’ve selected four of them that we believe to be emphasized in Parkour. We sincerely encourage you to explore and develop each one of them by applying their concepts throughout techniques and drills.

Coordination

Focus on developing hand/foot/eye coordination and the ability to sequence movements together.

Mobility

Focus on understanding and expanding the passive, active and dynamic ranges of motion. 

Endurance

Focus on developing muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as ideas on pacing.

Power

Focus on utilizing and developing our maximum strength at speed.
